Five two-and-three-bedroom single-family homes located in Armona with a preference for families with farm labor income. Section 8 rental assistance is also accepted.

Cameron Commons
A 32-unit, two-story complex in Central Hanford featuring two-and-three-bedroom apartments.

Conventional Housing
Two-hundred-and-sixty-eight one-to-five-bedroom single-family homes, duplexes, and triplexes, located in Armona, South Hanford, and Corcoran.

Corcoran Station Apartments
Forty-four one-and-two-bedroom apartments, located in a two-story building in Corcoran and designated for senior citizens.

Foster Youth Transitional Housing Program
One residence located in Lemoore that serves up to six young women.

Kettleman City Farm Labor Housing
Forty-two three-and-four-bedroom apartments, located in Kettleman City with a preference for families with farm labor income.

Market Rate Housing
One single-family home is rented at market rental rates.
